ANU staff share how they take care of their mental health
Talking about how you manage your own mental health and wellbeing can feel daunting, and it’s something we all put on the backburner. But instead of shying away from these conversations, staff at the ANU College of Science and Medicine share what methods work for them.
Their approaches may be diverse, but their message is universal: it’s ok to talk about mental health, and to take the time needed to nurture it.
This project is part of the ANU College of Science and Medicine’s active stance in addressing the mental health and wellbeing of our staff and students.
