Abu Dhabi Scholarships Bachelor Program
This is a longstanding program from the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK)
Aga Khan Foundation International Scholarship Programme
The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from select developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies.
American Australian Association Graduate Education Fund
Established in 2002, the Graduate Education Fund promotes intellectual exchange and collaboration in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, health, medicine, sustainability, and journalism.
Aramco College Continuation Program
For Saudi nationals that are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (inside or outside the Kingdom) in a discipline designated by Aramco.
Australia Awards Scholarship
Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Beasiswa Garuda/Beasiswa Indonesia Maju (BIM)
Previously called Beasiswa Indonesia Maju BIM, this program was recently renamed to Garuda Scholarships (Beasiswa Garuda).
Beasiswa Indonesia Bangkit (BIB)
BIB commenced in 2022 for local Indonesian providers for undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and overseas providers for postgraduate programs.
Beasiswa Unggulan (BU)
The BU scholarships program was recently re-launched in July 2025.
BECAL (Carlos Antonio López National Scholarship Programme)
BECAL is Paraguay’s national scholarship authority named after President Carlos Antonio López and supports students undertaking postgraduate studies abroad.
Bolashak Scholarship Programme
The Bolashak Programme scholarship is awarded to high-performing students from Kazakhstan to study overseas.
China Scholarship Council (CSC)
The CSC was founded in 1996, as a non-profit institution affiliated with the Chinese Ministry of Education with the objective to provide financial assistance to Chinese citizens wishing to study abroad.
Colfuturo Loan-scholarship
COLFUTURO, a Colombian non-profit foundation, offers successful applicants up to US$50,000 in loan-scholarship to undertake high-quality postgraduate study programs abroad.
Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) Scholarship
The DSTA Scholarship, offered by Singapore's Defence Science and Technology Agency, funds undergraduate studies in engineering, infocomm, and science for Singaporean citizens with excellent academic/CCA records
DOST Science Education Institute’s Foreign Graduate Scholarship Program
This program is reserved for Filipino students interested in pursuing post-graduate courses abroad and have already completed a bachelor degree.
Educational Loan Scheme (SBPP)
SBPP applications are only offered once a year, around the A-Level result publication in February. The successful outcome of an application is subject to official decision by the Sultan.
Fiji National Provident Fund (FNPF) – Education Assistance
FNPF’s overseas education assistance program provides financial support helping members pay for tertiary and Year 13 education abroad.
Fulbright-Anne Wexler Scholarship

J. N. Tata Endowment Loan Scholarship
The J. N. Tata Endowment awards a one-time loan scholarship to Indian nationals at the beginning of their academic year for full-time Postgraduate/Ph.D./Postdoctoral studies/Research Fellowships abroad, in all fields, irrespective of caste, creed, gender or community.
