I am really enjoying my degree as it offers new challenges every day through my studies. I feel that it was definitely the right choice for me.
Moving away has really helped me find my own community, because I love meeting new people from all kinds of backgrounds. It wasn’t until Jane moved away from home that she found a community she could call her own, and it was here at ANU.
Fiona graduated from ANU in 2011 and is currently completing her PhD in pure mathematics at Oxford University.
I chose the ANU summer research programme as an opportunity to undertake a real research project and also be part of social programme.
