Myrtle rust is one of the worst plant disease threats that Australia faces. This fungal disease can be deadly to native ecosystems and agricultural crops, but it can be hard to detect manually.
That’s why scientists from ANU are monitoring myrtle rust spore movements using innovative technology to give our plants a chance against this disease.
