About
ANU is a Founding Partner of the Questacon Science Circus, which visits Australian schools to present lively and energetic science shows using everyday materials and engaging demonstrations. Adapted to the age of the students, the shows cover a wide range of topics from states of matter and pressure to bubbles and balance to kinetics and kitchen chemistry and so much more. In some locations the Science Circus also brings pop-up science centres, with over 30 hands-on exhibits and blockbuster science shows for the whole community to enjoy. Touring schedules vary year to year and often include the Canberra region, please contact Questacon for information and bookings.
ANU Master of Science Communication students from the Australian National Centre for the Public Awareness of Science (CPAS) are involved in selected tours and activities, working alongside the expert team from Questacon.
