You should have received an invite to complete the ANYOU Engagement Survey. This survey will be run centrally every year, and will replace the data collection we used to obtain at CoS through our culture surveys.

ANYOU is a very well designed survey, run by the company Culture Amp (says Pierre, who was quite sceptical at first).

It is critically important that everybody at CoS answers it. It really only takes 10 minutes!
