Join the online seminar and Dr Brad Tucker will explode your mind! Dr Brad Tucker is an Astrophysicist/Cosmologist, and currently a Fellow at the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics, Mt Stromlo Observatory at the Australian National University. His interests are in exploding stars known as supernova - what stars blow up as supernova and how they blow up. He is also interested in very early-time observations (within an hour) of the supernova explosion when you can see the shockwave rip through the star before it explodes. He also is interested in studying the galaxies that host supernova and how the environment affects them.
