Top tip Acknowledging when you feel lost is the first step in (re)finding your path. It is only once we accept, we’re lost that we can find our way. We may feel that we should know exactly what we want or where we want to be, though in reality, life is complex. Things change. You change. What we wanted when we were younger may longer be interesting, or in some instances, possible. Slowing down to listen to the voice which suggests “something isn’t quite right” is scary AND necessary to moving back to a place where you can thrive.
