About

Administered by the Ministry of Education & Training (MOET), Project 89 aims to train up to 10% of Vietnamese university lecturers by 2030 to doctorate level. In addition, Project 89 aims to have 80% of lecturers in creative arts and physical education to be trained at master’s level both overseas and in-country.
