There are different ways to apply to ANU, the best way for you to apply depends on your circumstances.
Direct applications to the ANU are for school leavers only. If you are a mature age student, non-school leaver, or transferring from another university you will need to apply via UAC. Remember to attach your supporting documents.

- Make sure you understand the admission requirements for your chosen degree by reading them carefully on Programs and Courses website.
- All applicants must meet the University’s English Language Admission Requirements for Students.
Gather supporting documents
Admission to the Bachelor of Health Science is based on meeting the minimum selection rank requirement and involves an assessment of suitability based on the questions included in this form. Please have your application number and responses ready before completing the form. After you have submitted the form we will email you a link to amend your responses, should you need to, by the deadline.
For domestic applicants applying direct to ANU: For domestic applicants applying direct to ANU: Direct applications are due in May, dates are outlined on the Bachelor of Health Science Supplementary Form. Applications will be assessed based on Year 11 results plus any adjustments and the Bachelor of Health Science Supplementary Form. Offers will be released in the September round only. Those who accept their September offer will have the offer honoured and confirmed in the December or January round as long as they complete Year 12 with the required ATAR. The Bachelor of Health Science will not be available to add during the change of preference dates and no new offers will be released in the December or January round.
For domestic applicants applying via UAC: Please confirm your deadlines as advertised on the Bachelor of Health Science Supplementary Form.
