The Australian Plant Phenomics Network (APPN) node at ANU has a range of highly controlled plant growth facilities, equipment for measuring plant physiological traits (such as gas exchange and chlorophyll fluorescence) and cutting-edge tools for characterizing 3D plant architecture and hyperspectral signatures that can be linked to biochemical, physiological and physical leaf traits.
