This month’s Pathfinder event is focused around fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace by empowering yourself and those around you. 

Join us on Friday 25 August from 8-9.30am, for a light breakfast to learn how you can help foster a culture of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Hear your fellow alumni as they share their experiences, and provide advice on how to be an advocate and an active ally to those who are marginalised, excluded and experience discrimination.

The Pathfinder program aims to connect you with STEM volunteer alumni mentors who will share their expertise and advice, while encouraging your career aspirations.

The event will include a speed networking session which will provide you with the opportunity to connect with alumni industry professionals who are keen to provide you with support and guidance. There will also be panel discussions from alumni sharing advice and experiences from the workplace.
