The ANU Rural Medical Society is proud to present the 2016 Close the Gap Conference. The conference involves two days of inspirational speakers, challenging workshops, and the opportunity to network with other students and community groups interested in Indigenous Health.

- Sunday workshops (Saturday keynote speakers are free to attend)
- BBQ lunch on Saturday, dinner at the Bush Dance on Saturday night, breakfast and lunch on Sunday

At the conference, you will be inspired by speakers such as Dr Jackie Huggins, Chair of National Congress of Australia's First peoples, and Luke Pearson, who was a primary school teacher before starting the IndigenousX twitter account, which has over 24,000 followers and a different key Indigenous host every week.
The Sunday workshop will be delivered by Indigenous Allied Health Australia workshop and will focus on capabilities and cultural responsiveness.
