Karen Jackson joins us as manager on the 13th October. Karen comes most recently from the ANU Office of Commercialisation where she has been working as a Business Development Manager in the Physical Sciences field, with a particular focus on supporting ARC Linkage collaborations with industry.

This followed a stint in the grants section of the ANU Research Office as the NHMRC Program Manager and liaison with the health and medical portfolio; and then liaison to the College of Science prior to the formation of the College Research Office.

Prior to joining the ANU in 2005, Karen worked for eight years in the private sector in organisational development, with a focus on working with R&D managers to develop collaborative skills.
